The students in Robinson Middle School's after school club learned a practical new skill recently: how to ride the city bus.
Representatives from Topeka Metro stopped by to give the kids a lesson on how to board and exit the large vehicle and how to load their bikes onto the bus's bike rack, among other things. The students also had the opportunity to sit on the bus and to ask questions about navigating the city. The information they learned will serve them well this summer, as Topeka Metro offers students free riding privileges while school is out.
Thank you, Topeka Metro, for all you do for our students!
