McEachron Students Celebrate the 100th Day of School

Victor Williams, principal of McEachron, decided to celebrate the 100th day of school with a fun activity.

Mr. Williams greeted the first 100 students to arrive at school. He handed them each an index card marked with a number ranging from one to one hundred. After the 8:40 bell rang and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, Mr. Williams began to count to 100 over the school’s intercom system. When card-holding students heard their number called, they came to his office to help count all the other students with cards.

This gave the kids great practice counting and showed them what 100 students really looks like. It was a memorable way to celebrate this milestone day!
