Two Topeka Public School staff members have been honored as
recipients of the Boy Scout Jayhawk Area Council’s “20 Under 40” award. David Richard, an Eisenhower Middle School
teacher and Brandon Evans, a paraprofessional at Williams Magnet School, were
selected for their commitment and contributions to the community. The award is given each year to 20 individuals
under the age of 40.
The honorees will be recognized at a banquet November 14 at
the Ramada Inn Downtown.
