Why travel to visit several universities when the
universities can come to you. That’s
what took place today during the annual College and Career Day sponsored by
Topeka Public Schools and co-sponsored by ten other school districts. Representatives from more than 85 colleges
and universities met with students from school districts throughout northeast
Kansas. Kansas community colleges,
technical schools and the military had information booths set up as well. Colleges and universities attending the
college fair came from Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana, Arkansas, Colorado and Pennsylvania. This is the 29th year for the
event held at the Kansas Expocentre.
We are the largest district in Shawnee County & believe that our students will change the world.
