Students Learn About Water

A number of 4th grade students from Topeka Public Schools got a little wet when they attended the Make a Splash Topeka Water Festival at Garfield Park yesterday. The kids had a great time learning about water. There were classes about water created from thunderstorms, groundwater and how water affects our daily lives. More than a thousand students attended the water festival.
