Student Newspaper Wins Award
The Topeka High School student newspaper, The World, has received an International First Place Award from Quill & Scroll, an international honor society for high school journalist. This is the 11th First Place Award for The World since 1963, and the 8th since 2002. Topeka High has been a member of Quill & Scroll since it started in 1934.
