Student Wins KU Sports Art Contest

Scott 2nd grader Cameron Crumble likes KU basketball and he likes to draw. A combination of the two resulted in Cameron’s drawing of a Jayhawk basketball player being displayed at the Booth Family Hall of Athletics adjacent to Allen Fieldhouse.
His drawing, entitled “Thunder Dunk,” won 3rd place in his age category. For his winning entry, Cameron will receive a personal congratulatory letter signed by all of the KU head coaches and he will be honored at a KU softball game this spring.
