Despite being out of the classroom several days due to snow, students in Topeka Public Schools have reached a milestone. They celebrated the 100th day of school today by participating in activities involving the number 100. For example, six physical activity stations were set up in the gymnasium for Quincy Elementary students. They jumped rope 100 times, shot a basketball 100 times, students measured things to equal 100 and they prepared a bag of trail mix that contained 100 ingredients. The students had a great time and enjoyed learning at the same time.
We are the largest district in Shawnee County & believe that our students will change the world.
